Join Ash Bell and Mish from Heart Earth Drum in ceremony in the park as they join forces for a heart opening, soul expanding journey with cacao and sound. Ash and Mish have been studying together for the past few years, sitting with Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes Cacao and weaving ancient wisdoms and spiritual practice to heal, grow, transform and share different medicines and magic with the world.
WHY CACAO?
Cacao has been used for thousands of years by the Aztecs, Mayans and Olmecs, as a food for the gods in rituals, royal feasts and so valuable and rare that is was also used as currency and worth more than gold.
DRINKING RARE HAWAIIAN CACAO
In these ceremonies, we use only Hawaiian Cacao (Cuatro Manos y Cinco Volcanes). Why? Because Hawaiian Cacao is the rarest and costliest cacao in the world. Grown on the mountain of Mauna Kea (the most sacred mountain in Hawaii) on the Hamakua Coast known as the breath of god. This cacao is rich in volcanic energy, the lifeblood of mother earth, creating powerful energy for manifestation and setting new intentions.
This cacao is also rare and unique as no child labour is used (unlike in Africa and South and Central America), harvest workers are paid USA living wages, all sustainably made, single origin, fewer plantings, hand harvested, hand winnowed - Tree to disc.
ABOUT ASH
A keeper of the stars and a weaver of magic, Ash works with individuals and groups, bringing together Energy Healing, Sound Healing, Cacao Ceremonies and a background as a Social Worker. She supports people to heal, find their light, lift the soul and stay grounded.
This life has guided Ash on a path of healing and learning, to step into her light and support others to do the same. At the age of 11, she was diagnosed with Leukaemia. Being close to death and spending years in hospital has created a unique perspective of the world and a deep ability to connect through feeling.
Ash = The Phoenix rising from the ashes. Representation of death and rebirth.
Bell = Sound. Rituals. Used to call in prayer. Bringing communities together. Peace. Freedom.

I honour my grandmothers who have walked this earth before me and all of my elders and guides who continue to fill my heart with love and wisdom, directing me to cross paths with those that need to feel into the medicine themselves, so they can keep their own fires burning brightly and share the warmth of their heart with those around them.
My work in this lifetime is to connect through HEART.
