A night to "Reconnect" 

One of our greatest human needs is connection, connection to others, connection to self and connection to that which is greater than us all. 

Connection helps you feel grounded, supported, understood and more at ease. 

In the busyness of life, so much takes us away from our center, from our core, from who we really are. Rushing from one commitment to the next, wearing one hat for work, another for family, for friends, its easy get a bit lost and overwhelmed in it all. 

 In this three hour immersion Ash and Mira will guide you through a nourishing experience to check out of the day to day of life and check back in with you.

What is Embodiment Movement Practice 

This practice is for everybody and any body.  Each and everyone of us has that little girl inside who loved to play, dance and sing. You don't need any dance experience, as Mira will guide you through a sequence of movements, reconnecting you to your body.  Through this practice you will start to shift stored emotion and energy. With free flowing moves you drop into your body, out of your busy thinking mind, a perfect transition into the stillness of the sound healing. 

What is Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a form of energy healing, you will be bathed in the harmonic frequencies of the Tibetan Singing Bowls while you switch off, feeling the stresses and strains melt away, supporting you into relaxation, promoting clarity, self awareness and releasing any tension and stress.
