Date: Tuesday 2nd January
Time: 2pm - 5pm
Location: Black Mat Yoga Studio, 3/70 Commercial Place, Eltham
Welcome to MANIFEST, a 3 hour immersive workshop to bring in 2024, providing a space for connection, inspiration and ritual. This is an opportunity to step into the year with purpose, explore possibility and to create intention for the year ahead.
2023 was a challenging year and there is so much going on in the world, collective grief and uncertainty is present in each of us.
The inspiration behind creating this workshop is to provide a space to invite in and celebrate the new year, a juicy and nourishing workshop, providing an opportunity to have fun, dream, create, laugh, cry, be real, be yourself and connect in community, knowing you aren’t alone in feeling the complexity of life.
This is a held space where you can step into being a leader in your life, sifting through and getting clear on what you want in life and how you want to feel. Permissions to lean into your dreams and desires, permissions to pivot from where you thought your path was taking you, permissions to honour what you actually want, not all the “shoulds” around you.
Honour your strength, your courage and your inner magic. Be you!
What you will receive:
Energy Cleansing Ritual
Ceremonial Cacao

About your facilitator
Ash Bell is here to support you to become a leader in your own life.
Residing in Naam, Australia (Melbourne) and working with people around the world, she’s on a mission to guide and teach you how to lean in, level up, live your best life and love yourself and the world around you.
When you step into her circles, there is a weaving of modalities and traditions, including; Sound Healing, Energy Healing, Ceremonial Cacao, Mentoring, Psychic and Spiritual work. She’s not afraid to go there with you, she keeps it real, whilst building a strong sense of community, interconnection and welcoming, reminding you that you’re not alone on your journey.
Ash has fought cancer, faced death and this has given her a unique perspective of the world. She knows what it’s like to feel disconnected, to feel a distrust with the body and face years of suppressed sadness, shame and grief. Ash is driven to move beyond survival, to continue to explore, learn and heal, opening up possibility and potential for herself, so she can teach and lead her community to thrive.
