Welcome to this introductory Certified Sound Healing course with a focus on playing Singing Bowls (Accredited with the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).
This Level 1 course will provide you with a foundation in the techniques used to apply sound healing for personal use for yourself, for your family, one on one with others and the beginning go how to incorporate sound healing in collaboration with other modalities you are already practicing.

Sound Healing is a form of energy healing and this course has been designed with a weaving of spiritual practices. We focus on how to play the singing bowls to support the chakras and our mind, body and essence, tapping into our own intuition to be guided by the healing frequencies.
Sound healing facilitates shifts in our brainwave state and nervous system, to slow down, soothe and relax. By using the correct tools and methods the perfect vibrational frequency for healing can occur - bringing us back into a state of harmony.
